We had previously asked how they determined where and how to advertise this unique property. Beth informed my wife that they actively sought out niche markets on FB and other social media platforms but in numerous searches we could find no such mentions of our property, albeit on a FB platform named NEPA. My wife diligently sourced local newspapers, real estate magazines and other hard advertising conduits and was not able to locate our property.
My wife commented to me that she thought Bill was having a "Rough" day as Bill had been rough handed with her 12 month pup when she came to say hello. Upon placing the contract in front of us, I signed but my wife wanted to read everything and have a thorough understanding of the document placed before her. Bill and Beth both informed us that although they have in their agent contract that there is a 1% termination fee for advertising, they have never sought it if a seller cancels. Due to my wife's hesitation Bill went ahead and drew a line through it.
