That's the price we pay for doing business I guess. I am happy, not sure if there's anything major I want to change. I think the commissions splits are fair, although the fees are a little bit high for me. They provide training, support, and pretty good leads.
The training is significantly above average and focused on creating top-producers. The common complaints leveled against most franchises revolve around the high fees and low commission splits. I love the amount of availability and training they provide for their agents.
